Payments
Once the booking is confirmed a booking deposit of 30% of the total holiday cost is renquired within 5 working days. Balance of payment should be made 45 days prior to arrival. Any booking made after this 45 days must be paid in full at time of booking confirmation should payment not be made we reserve the right to cancel the booking and readvertise the property.
Damage Deposit
On arrival at the apartment a damage deposit of €200 is paid. This deposit will be returned on checkout once the property has been left in a reasonable tidy condition.
Cancellation of holiday
A written request must be made in the event of cancellation by fax or e-mail. A cancellation fee will be applied based on the number of weeks left to your arrival. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance which may cover these costs.
Cancellation charges
70 - 46 days prior to your holiday 30% of the cost of your holiday or loss of booking deposit whichever is greater.
45 - 29 days prior to your holiday 50% of the cost of your holiday or loss of booking deposit whichever is greater.
28 - 22 days prior to your holiday 70% of the cost of your holiday.
21 - 15 days prior to your holiday 90% of the cost of your holiday.
14 - 0 days prior to your holiday 100% of the cost of your holiday.
Check In / Out Time
Your accommodation will be available from 2.00 pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on departure day. This time is required to ensure the property is ready for incoming guests. In some cases these times can be changed but you must contact us in advance to pre-arrange.
Party Size
Only the number of persons indicated on the booking must occupy the property. The maximum no of persons is 6 for a 2 bedroom apartment and 4 for a 1 bedroom apartment.
Breakages, Damage and Property Care
Please report to us any breakages or damage to the property. Leave the property in a clean and tidy state. You may be required to pay for any repairs, replacement of damaged goods or extra cleaning.

All our houses are prepared with every care, but remember they are private houses and not a hotels. They are taken at guests own risk and the property owners are not liable for damages or injury to person or any property belonging to any person. Liability will not be accepted for any loss, personal injury or death however incurred.
